NASA's Thomas Zurbuchen delivered a key message about the James Webb Space Telescope on Wednesday: It's going to deliver on its promise to see the universe in unprecedented depth and detail. Webb is already sending back proof of its prowess with a new alignment evaluation image that shows a gleaming star against a background of galaxies.

March 11 marked the completion of an alignment stage called "fine phasing." "At this key stage in the commissioning of Webb's Optical Telescope Element, every optical parameter that has been checked and tested is performing at, or above, expectations," NASA said.

Webb is a complex beast. It uses 18 hexagonal mirror segments that had to be folded up for launch and then unfolded and aligned in space. We've been following the process and seeing increasingly sharper and more focused views of the telescope's target star leading up to this week's image release.

'He basically didn't want the rest of his body massaged, he wanted his groin area massaged and his butt only,' Lewis told Tasha K., echoing accusations from other female massage therapists against Watson. 'He kept saying ''Do you want to put in your mouth?'' It was just very very uncomfortable.' 

The three-time Pro Bowler suddenly became a hot commodity on the NFL trade market last week when a grand jury declined to indict Watson on nine criminal complaints, after 22 women accused him of harassment and sexual assault in civil lawsuits last year

Watson still faces civil lawsuits and he was questioned at his lawyer's office for four hours last week before his meeting with Cleveland. And he also might face disciplinary action from the NFL under the personal conduct policy. 

Last year, homework help 4th graders Hardin called the claims against Watson 'meritless' and alleged they were made following a failed attempt to blackmail his client for $30,000.  He previously accused the plaintiffs of being motivated by financial gain, saying that massage therapist Ashley Solis originally sought a $100,000 settlement from his client. 

It's been a long road, and the image marks a triumphant milestone. "More than 20 years ago, the Webb team set out to build the most powerful telescope that anyone has ever put in space and came up with an audacious optical design to meet demanding science goals," said Zurbuchen, associate administrator for NASA's Science Mission Directorate. "Today we can say that design is going to deliver."

MOSCOW, April 8 (Reuters) - Hundreds of mourners, including the leader of Russia's Wagner private militia group, attended the funeral on Saturday of pro-war blogger Vladlen Tatarsky, who was killed on April 2 in a cafe bomb blast that Moscow has blamed on Ukraine.

"We want Estonia to be protected, the well-being and livelihood of our people to be guaranteed, the state´s finances to be in order, education, language and culture to be preserved, and tomorrow to be better for everyone," she said.

The Webb team will take the telescope through more alignment steps over the next six weeks. The observatory will then go through a two-month process of preparing its science instruments before it's ready to tackle its mission in earnest. If all continues to go well, we could see Webb's first full-resolution imagery this summer. 

Prigozhin is also known for his sharp criticism of Russia's top brass over their performance in Ukraine. The Wagner group has been spearheading efforts in recent months to capture the city of Bakhmut in Ukraine's eastern Donetsk region.
