And here it is. Blood, guts & all (literally).

'Ah labour. A mind boggling mess of emotions. It can't be planned, it does what it wants & you have pretty much no control. You can have all the hypnobirthing & play lists that you want.

It can still go completely off the rails. Or service komputer panggilan it can be smooth sailing. There's really no telling.'

'I actually laminated my birth plan with Edward. So convinced was I that I'd have a water birth, my inner zen breathing my baby out,' she continued.

'I oiled my perineum daily, listening to Enya & chanting about being in control.

Yeah. That went well.'

'I ended up on my back, legs in stirrups, episiotomy & screaming bloody murder. But I learnt quickly. With labour. You've just got to go with the flow. Births 2 & 3 were relatively dreamy. In the pool, no intervention. Yay!

Birth Goals. I've got this right?'

The actress detailed: 'Birth number 4, it was in the bag. Baby would fly out. Home birth & all that jazz… right? Yeah… I think we all know where this is going.

'It was a s*** show.

There's no denying it.'

A long induction. Waters being broken, being put on the dreaded drip, drugs to speed up contractions, drugs to slow down contractions, emergency alarms, 2 failed epidurals & whispers about c sections. It's safe to say. It didn't go well,' she added.

'But.

By some miracle. As I was out of my mind, delirious with pain & my beloved gas & air (I was a woman possessed) the midwife was shouting that I was there. The hallowed 10cms. Finally - control. It was down to me & with 2 mighty pushes our precious little Roo made his long awaited appearance.'

Victoria continued: 'Unfortunately the little guy forgot that he was supposed to breathe at this point… And after waiting so long for him he was taken away to be resuscitated.

It's hard to even write the words… hello therapy… it just felt like forever…

'And then we heard crying. And my arms were full again. Our little bundle was ok. His pink face frowning angrily at the world as we held him… And we all breathed….

And then cried. And then James had a nap.'

'After a long induction, a long labour, lots of ups & downs & all the drama along the way (oh don't you worry I'll be filling you in on everything… ☺️) our hearts are near to bursting with the arrival of our precious baby boy…

'I just can't believe I have him, here, in my arms, jasa instal windows safely home and ours to keep for always.

It still hasn't sunk in… I'm definitely still in shock and I still can't believe he's mine.

'It's been a long old journey to get him and now as he lays against my chest, whimpering softly, already starting to root for some booby time I feel like I'm the luckiest mama in the land.

'I'm soaking it all in. Letting my hair sit like a birds nest on my head, letting the washing pile up, letting the hours while away as I hold him, and sniff him (oh that smell ) because I've waited so long for this moment.

And I'm loving every second… xx

'The boys are all besotted, James is in love, there's so much that's happened, ooh I just can't wait to fill you in… but for now - we just wanted to say thank you.

'To our friends, family & all of you lovely lot… all of your support & kindness & messages.

Well, It's meant the absolute world.

'I'm going to take a few days to cocoon away and let my sleep befuddled brain catch up & then I'll be back with all the details. And ALL the baby spam.

'Much love… The Byes (all SIX of us!) xxx'

Victoria had been keeping her followers updated with her pregnancy journey, often sharing snaps of her growing baby bump on the family's Instagram page.

and hinted at their baby's due date.

The couple took to their family Instagram account to share that they are expecting a baby boy in a sweet video.

Revealing their happy news, Victoria cradled her blossoming baby bump before she was joined by James and their three sons for the grand reveal.

James and Victoria grinned as they excitedly held a picture frame up, with their sons sat behind them on the sofa as the question 'boy or girl?' flashed up on screen.

Turning around the frame, they showed a picture which read 'the Bye boys' as they excitedly shared that they are having their fourth son.

Sharing a close-up shot of the print, they also hinted at their baby's due date, writing: 'Coming June 2023.'

In an accompanying caption, Victoria joked that it was the 'worst kept secret' as they admitted they had already 'told everyone' before sharing the news publicly.

They penned: 'It's official… The worst kept secret ever is out!

It's a BOY! And truly… all 5 of us are over the moon…

'Honestly, we've been telling everyone - how we're supposed to keep his name under wraps (yep we've decided!) is beyond me… We've just been SO excited.

'These little boys are my world & I truly believe - 'you get what you need' (think I saw that on a t shirt somewhere...) but it's so true.

'I need these crazy guys.

They fill my days with laughter, noise (so much noise) & endless cuddles - they also drive me up the wall. But they're my team. And I know how lucky I am.'

Victoria went on to admit that people had been asking her if she was going to 'try for a girl' and she said that although she previously would have wanted a daughter, she loves having her boys.

The expectant mother also spoke about how 'old stereotypes' don't apply anymore as she praised her sons for their 'wonderful' personalities.

Their exciting news comes after .

The couple admitted they were told of the pregnancy while James was in the midst of a rigorous training routine for the twentieth series of .

James and Victoria, who accompanied their post with an ultrasound of the unborn baby, had previously suffered a series of miscarriages.

Here come the boys: The baby is the couple's fourth son, with the pair already parents to boys Edward, eight, Louis, six, and Hugo, three

Victoria struggled with endometriosis, a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the womb grows in other parts of the body, including the ovaries and fallopian tube.

Captioning the post, shared on their joint Instagram account, Victoria wrote:  'So… we've been keeping a little secret… We're not just welcoming in the new year in 2023… I can hardly believe I'm saying it.

But we're welcoming another little one and we're over the moon.

'We never thought it was going to happen. We always wanted a big family but after all my endometriosis struggles… heartbreaking miscarriages, seeing fertility doctors & 3 years of ovulation testing & disappointment - we'd honestly given up.'

She added: 'I remember thinking right.

Enough. I gathered up the pram & baby things & gave them all away. We both knew it couldn't go on, the constant hope.

'And we were ok, we'd accepted how lucky we'd already been and so we got on with life. And life got crazy.'

Victoria also poked fun at the Strictly Come Dancing curse by admitting the child was conceived while James was rehearsing for the show.

She wrote: 'I started training for my marathon, we began planning our vow renewal abroad, James started the intense Strictly regimen… all wrapped up with a big 40th birthday bonanza (I did milk it just a bit).

'And would you bl**dy believe it… Somehow life saw all our plans - and threw us a curve ball … How we found the time I'll never know - 'Strictly curse' you say?!

Ha - introducing the glitterball baby!).

'And suddenly our world has been turned upside own… The boys are giddy ('We'll always have someone to sit next to on a rollercoaster now!' Ever the practical Louis) and yet as I smile, still amazed, I can't help but worry…

'I think after losing a baby you can never fully let go and enjoy… despite the reassuring symptoms (thanks all day 'morning' sickness) and the doctors all nodding… you can't let go of the fear.

'And so all I can do is just keep ticking off the days and hoping…'

Delighted: The couple admitted they were told of the pregnancy while James was in the midst of a rigorous training routine for the twentieth series of Strictly Come Dancing
