Kids should pick a word and bring it back to their teams, and then the next student goes. The first team to correctly arrange their words into a complete sentence wins.

MyOn includes news articles which helps students improve their reading skills while staying informed about the world around them. It also offers writing projects that allow students to practice their writing skills in response to their reading.
Educational technologies have revolutionized how knowledge is delivered in the modern age. This case study seeks to provide an in-depth evaluation of how educational apps have been instrumental in boosting learners' reading and writing proficiencies. Our focus is on two apps, ABCMouse and MyOn, both employed in different learning environments.
The case of ABC Elementary School demonstrates that even simple strategic adjustments in teaching methodologies can significantly enhance students' reading abilities and comprehension. By encouraging prediction, questioning, visualization, and summary, students were able to actively engage with the material, enabling a deeper understanding and more effective comprehension and leading to improvements on a large scale. In a broader sense, this case study showcases the power of strategic teaching techniques in shaping young minds and enabling more effective learning.
A study conducted by Age of Learning, Inc., tracked ABCMouse usage by over 150,000 children aged 2-6 years. The children were analyzed based on their degrees of product utilization over a two year period. The results indicated that children who completed one level of ABCMouse per year were closer to being school-ready in regards to reading and other academic features than those who did not engage with the app.

Continual evaluation and adaptation of strategies based on student performance and feedback will ensure sustained progress and improvement in reading comprehension.
